LeadClue for agencies
Run every client mandate as its own scored, ranked motion — separate ICP, separate queue, separate voice — without opening five spreadsheets to keep them apart.
Before
Each client account lives in its own tab, its own tone of voice and its own half-remembered definition of a good lead. Account leads copy prospect lists between tools by hand, and cross-client mistakes — the wrong client's pitch to the wrong prospect — are one copy-paste away.
After
Every client gets its own company profile and Ideal Customer Profile. Prospects are scored against the mandate they belong to, queued to the account team staffed on that client, and outreach is drafted in that client's voice — with no shared state between accounts.
- Pipeline health per client mandate, side by side, on one dashboard
- Scoring consistency across accounts, so quality does not depend on which exec is staffed
- Capacity by account team, so a new mandate is staffed against real headroom, not guesswork
- Reporting broken out per client, ready to hand over at the weekly check-in
- A hard boundary between clients — no prospect, score or message ever crosses accounts
- Today's queue for whichever client mandate they're staffed on, clearly labelled
- An AI opener drafted in that specific client's voice, from that client's services and case studies
- The scoring reason for each prospect, framed against that client's ICP, not the agency's own
- Replies classified and routed to a task under the correct client account automatically
- A clean handover point when a mandate ends — nothing lingers in a personal queue
Three ways to allocate leads
The same distribution engine, configured to fit how this team actually works.
Round-robin
Within a single client mandate, qualifying prospects rotate evenly across the account execs staffed on that client.
Capacity-based
An exec covering three small mandates gets a smaller share per client than an exec dedicated to one large one — capacity is set per person, per account.
Criteria-based
A retainer client with a priority SLA can be configured to draw from the queue first, so contractual commitments are met before anything else.
We run eleven client ICPs at once now and none of them have ever bled into each other.
Questions specific to agencies
Can data from one client ever reach another?
No. Each client mandate has its own company profile, ICP, lead database and outreach owner assignments. Scoring, queueing and message drafting all run inside that boundary — there is no shared list to leak from.
How much setup does a new client mandate take?
The same onboarding as any new account: a company profile and an Ideal Customer Profile for that client. It is a short, repeatable setup step, not a development task, so bringing on a new mandate does not need engineering time.
Can we report client-by-client without extra work?
Yes. Because pipeline, scoring and outreach are already segmented by client, the dashboard filters straight down to a single mandate — the same view you would hand over in a client status call.
Bring one export. Leave with a ranked queue.
In a 20-minute session we load a sample of your own list, configure your company profile and ICP, and show you the scored, ranked, owner-assigned queue that comes out the other side.
