Priority Queue
One ranked list, not a guess. Qualified leads are sorted highest match first, assigned an owner, and released at a daily volume you control.
Modules 08, 10, 11
Priority Queue
A single, deterministic list of who to contact next.
- Deterministic ordering — highest score first, ties broken by import date
- A configurable daily limit, set globally or per outreach owner
- Round-robin, capacity-based or criteria-based lead distribution
- Unused capacity rolls into tomorrow and keeps its rank, never the back of the line
Three steps, start to finish
Qualify
Leads at or above your threshold — 70% by default — enter the queue automatically the moment they're scored.
Rank and assign
The queue sorts highest score first with deterministic tie-breaks, then distributes each lead to an owner by round robin, capacity or criteria.
Release at your pace
A daily limit — global or per owner — decides how many leads enter outreach each cycle. Anything left over rolls forward keeping its rank.
Everything this module ships with
Deterministic ranking
Score first, import date as the tie-break — the same list every time, for everyone.
Configurable thresholds
Set the qualification cut-off once, apply it everywhere.
Daily limits
Cap volume globally or per owner, and pause or resume outreach without losing the queue.
Round-robin distribution
Spread qualified leads evenly across the team.
Capacity-based distribution
Give each owner only as many leads as they can realistically work.
Criteria-based distribution
Route leads to an owner by specialism — industry, region or deal type.
Part of one pipeline, not a standalone tool
A lead moves between these modules automatically — nothing is re-entered or re-explained along the way.
Bring one export. Leave with a ranked queue.
In a 20-minute session we load a sample of your own list, configure your company profile and ICP, and show you the scored, ranked, owner-assigned queue that comes out the other side.
